12-Minute Meditation for Creativity

This brief meditation can take many forms as you view the Holistic Creativity Mandala using a diffuse awareness to guide your consciousness. You might say that ‘you wander through the pathways of your feelings and thoughts.’  

Be spontaneous. Bathe in your Senses. Allow yourself to reflect on how you feel in this moment. Focus as much as possible on the Present Moment for the next 12 minutes. If your mind wanders away, gently invite it to come back.

You can do this mediation while you’re waiting for an appointment, taking a walk, or engaging in a task that is rote: anywhere that you have free time and your activities don’t require a lot of concentration. Using this mediation, in any form, can prove to be extremely helpful; you will reconnect with your dreams, passions, and inspirations. You’ll remember why you love to be creative. You’ll continue to develop a practical faith that works to support and sustain your creative life.
